Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before your order has been processed for shipment, whichever comes first.

Orders Already Processed

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return after delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items may be cancelled before they are processed for shipment.

If your pre-order has already entered the fulfillment process, it cannot be cancelled.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update your order before it is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has begun.

Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally place the same order more than once, contact us immediately. If the duplicate order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved:

A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to cancel an order for reasons including, but not limited to:

Payment could not be verified
Suspected fraudulent activity
Pricing or technical errors
Violation of our Terms of Service

If we cancel your order after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund.
